I received a "Report Error" message in Report Results tab after completing my recording. What does this mean? What do I need to do?

We are sorry you are having difficulties with the application reporting. On rare occasions, DROWZLE users may encounter an unexpected system error during the reporting upload or analysis process. This error can occur for several different reasons and results in recording data not being received or usable.

When this occurs, the Report Error message is displayed in the Report Results screen and user must try recording again on another evening.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try recording with DROWZLE again tonight.
